High Elf Dragon
So I took some time out due to work and as the summer holidays started, my other half asked if I would paint a dragon for a friends birthday so we got a High Elf Dragon from Games Workshop and I painted it up :DIt works from Regal Blue upto a Regal Blue and Bleached Bone highlight and the Skin is Graveyard Earth upto Bleached Bone and Skull White mix. The Armour is Tin Bitz up to Brass as I thought a darker armour would look better. The stone is Space Wolf Grey highlighted up and Scorched Earth to Bestial Brown. It took about 2 days to assemble and paint and I'm happy with the painting as I haven't painted much in the way of large target ski

Cowboys
So, after playing too many wild west games on the computer, my mate and I have decided to get into wild west board gaming. After grabbing a copy of Legends of the Old West by GW Historical, I purchased an old airfix kit with 50 cowboys in, only 1/72 scale, so smaller than usual, but at under £6, I can’t complain.
Painted all 8 in less than a day, including bases and not just waiting for our first game :D Devlan mud is also brilliant, added instant shading and mud, perfect for the cowboys on the dusty plains!

50 points
Well, here it is! My full 50 point force for WarMachine. I would normally leave this here and start a new army but my darling has got me a Karchev, so I am aiming to paint that up, convert a behemoth as I dislike the Privateer Press one (sorry) and add a couple of destroyers or decimators. I also like the great bears and iron fangs so may add a unit of these and I am unsure of the rest at the moment. Either way, I will link the two armies together for 100 point games :D.
Oops...Jacks
Meks and Jacks
Woohoo! I have completed my 50point mark II/750 pt Khador Warmachine army. First up is a re-look at the widowmakers with Kell as my extra sniper, I will be getting a widowmaker marksman but I'll explain why in a later blog.
And here is Jozef. He will be attached to my Winter Guard for all the extra bits he can add to my army. Not my favourite model, but the red and white on his back was the first time I have tried wet blending and it looks pretty nice :D
